My dog lucky, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel aged 7 had a luxating patella on his back leg. I brought him to the vets and was seen by Dan Bell. He gave a very quick service and lucky was operated on within two days. The patella operation has been a great success and after a short recovery, lucky is now able to walk without pain and no lameness.

Our 8 year old Scottish Terrier, Bonnie went lame all of a sudden with her right back leg. We took her to the vets and saw Dan Bell. She had x-rays on both back legs, which found not only arthritis but also Cruciate ligament damage. She was booked in for an operation the following week, which involved putting metal pins in the leg. The operation went smoothly and she was discharged with medication and instructions for her after care.
She was checked on a regular basis post operatively. Now 4 months later she has made a full recovery.
